Slow down with Yin that will support your lungs and also your digestive system. This Upper Body practice will ease tension in and around your shoulders and this eases the stress on your lungs. Having good lung energy helps to not feel stuck in any form of loss or grief.

 

Yoga Nidra : Deep Rest

Set yourself up for Deep Rest. Lying in savasana, under a blanket, with an eye pillow over your eyes and headphones to block out external distractions. Let my voice guide you through a Rotation of Consciousness to deeply rest your nervous system. This yogic sleep technique calms the nervous system and activates the parasympathetic (relaxation, rest & digest) response which is so needed. Beautiful to do at any time of the day.
